2026 Group Rates and Policies

Planning a group visit? Here’s everything you need to know to book with confidence.

How do deposits work?

A deposit is required to reserve seating. Groups (20+) typically place a deposit equal to four tickets per 50 seats held. Large parties (10–19) may reserve seating with a two-ticket deposit.

How does seating work?

Our team assigns seating to best accommodate your group. While we do our best to honor requests, final seating arrangements are determined based on availability and group size.

What is considered a large party?

Parties of 7–19 guests are classified as large parties. These reservations require a deposit and follow the same payment timeline as groups, with slightly more flexibility in size and seating.

Can we make changes to our reservation?

Yes. With at least 24 hours’ notice, reservations may be adjusted or moved to another performance, subject to availability. Final numbers should be confirmed by the 30-day deadline.

What qualifies as a group?

Groups consist of 20 or more guests and qualify for group rates and benefits. Parties of 10–19 are considered large parties and follow similar policies, but do not receive full group pricing.

When is final payment due?

Final payment and confirmed headcount are due no later than 30 days prior to your scheduled performance date.
